Return of Goods Policy
1. Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. If returned for any other reason, then a £2.50 'postage' fee will be kept from the original charge.
2. In the event that the wrong goods are dispatched please contact "customerservice@storetwentyfour.com" to arrange their return.
3. If you would like a different size or style you must return the original item and then order the new one.
4. All returns must be organised within 14 days of placing your order and items must be unused and with their original packaging.
Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return of Goods Procedure for Returning to STORETWENTYFOUR
1. Contact customerservice@storetwentyfour.com explaining why you wish to return the goods e.g. wrong size.
2. You will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.
3. The original receipt must be returned.
4. Please return items in original packaging.
5. Once the returned goods have been checked your account will be credited.
6. Packages must be returned pre-paid.
Under no circumstances are goods to be returned to storetwentyfour.com on-line without consulting customer service.
Goods can only be returned by the original purchaser.
